Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Perwira Law uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, and provide a better experience on return visits.
Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other data on your device. They are widely used across the internet and are covered under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and relevant guidance from the Department of Personal Data Protection.
We use cookies to keep our website functional, to understand how visitors interact with our content, and — where you consent — to personalise your experience and support our marketing activities.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies Always Active
These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They manage your session, support security features, and remember your cookie preferences. You cannot opt out of essential cookies.
Examples: session token, cookieConsent preference, security tokens. Duration: Session or up to 12 months.
Analytics Cookies Optional
These help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are most visited, how long people stay, and where they navigate from. This information is aggregated and not personally identifiable.
Provider: Google Analytics 4. Duration: Up to 24 months.
Marketing Cookies Optional
These allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and Meta. They help us understand which channels bring enquiries to our firm.
Providers: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Pixel. Duration: Up to 90 days.
Preference Cookies Optional
These remember choices you make on our website, such as language or display preferences, so you don't have to re-select them on each visit.
Examples: language setting, region preference. Duration: Up to 12 months.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services that we use. These parties have their own cookie policies and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:
Analytics, Ads conversion tracking. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Microsoft
Bing Ads pixel for campaign performance. Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Meta
Facebook Pixel for ad reach measurement. Governed by Meta's Data Policy.
